This is an overall good unit. Needs some TLC to make it great. House keeping was ok but required some cleaning on our part. Few maintenance items should be addressed (shower head and door broke, several baseboards falling off, cabinet doors broke etc.) you can tell it’s almost end of season and it has seen some traffic. Past that updated, good view and amenities to the building are good. Restaurant on the bottom floor is amazing! Best pizza we ever had.

Pros: The view of the beach was amazing and the overall condo area is beautiful. Great beach access. The bed in the owner’s suite is small but comfortable.
Cons: The shower could be cleaner and there could be beach toys or chairs provided but none were. There were no extra blankets. The coffee maker is old. I didn’t use it.
