All I can say is rent it - perfect spot

The condo as a whole was very nice. The view was terrific. Kitchen and furnishings were updated.The pull out sofa was surprisingly comfortable.There are a few negatives however. It needs a deep clean, water pressure only at bathroom sink was extremely weak, ( shower was fine) bedroom is not oceanfront but sits on a dark walkway so no privacy if u wanted to open curtains. Thoughtful touch was blackout shades in the living room for the person sleeping on the sofa bed. However, sleep was difficult because the vent in the living room, when the AC came on, rattled. Could not find remote for living room ceiling fan. Umbrella was unusable due to being broken, one beach chair ripped and unusable and noodles need replacing. All these things are minor and could be dealt with, with a little bit of attention in one afternoon.

Randall the host was absolutely fantastic. As local residents hosting a wedding he was very accommodating to our guests. I would book his properties again in a minute.
