Anna Maria Island sits at the southern tip of Tampa Bay and the Gulf of Mexico and located north of Longboat Key. It is best known for it's seven mile strip of beautiful beaches, world class dining and old Florida charm. Bradenton Beach, one of the 3 cities, is known for its fishing piers, sugar-sand beaches and a charming strip of shops, restaurants and other family-owned businesses. This home is located 10 minutes away from Bradenton Beach, short distance to Holmes Beach and has endless things to do nearby. Convenient to restaurants, movies, shopping and the local beaches this home is perfect for those looking to enjoy all of Bradenton/ Sarasota has to offer. Not to mention a privately fenced in backyard for those looking for additional privacy.
Your home is spacious and open with over 1500 square feet. Your instantly greeted to the living area space equipped with plenty of seating, bright and open sliding doors, a brand new couch and adjoining day chair and a large 50 in flat screen TV. The ultimate display for those lazy days or simply for relaxing after long days spent at the beach. Included with your rental is cable to enjoy all your favorite shows. Off your living space is a nice dining area with seating for six. Not to worry, there is a bonus kitchen nook that offers additional seating next to a bright open window. Your kitchen space is perfectly balanced and offers plenty of room for those looking to prepare home cooked meals instead of opting for restaurant dining. This kitchen also includes all amenities you could need during your stay with a bonus Keurig machine for your use.
Head outside to paradise, and you will find the brand new pergola installed that offers plenty of seating for the perfect outdoor entertaining.
Your master bedroom is equipped with a queen size bed and flat screen TV. Also, attached to the master is your own master bathroom equipped with a walk-in shower. The first guest bedroom also showcases a queen size bed. The second guest bedroom has 2 twin size beds perfect for those traveling with kids or additional space for those visiting during your stay. The whole house has high-speed wireless internet and soft and comfortable towels and linens are available for your use. Another bonus is the bright calming Florida room this home has to offer. This room can be opened completely up as it is air conditioned. Your garage includes a second fridge for your use as well as a washer and dryer.

I live here in Florida. Three of my sisters from out of town came in for the weekend. The location of the home was great! 5 miles to the beach is great. (I use to live in this area). Walmart is 5 minutes away, restaurants are close. A few items that would have been nice to have at this home is a grill. There was one tiny beach towel. There were for of us adults! Luckily I had brought some from my home! There were No wash clothes at all!. We had to ho buy some. And we bought more TP since there were only 1 roll per bathroom…. The mastersuite was great except there was No mat to keep ftom sliding. Getting in the first time I almost fell, and there are No handicap bars in the shower. There are only opd towel bars…. Then I almost fell again getting out. That was a very slippery tile. There were No keurig pods for coffees. Make sure you bring your own. Even having just a few would have been nice.if you are looking gor a laundy pod they are in witj kitchen packet with the dishwasher pods! Which we didn’t find until our last night there.We did have a great time making memories staying here. The decor gave us a few laughs…

Was great in every way.. So clean and comfortable. Love sitting out in the Gazebo in the evening with some wine. We did disturb the neighbors dog but they got after him right away. Felt bad for him,,,just doing his job. The experience was great from start to finish and will be doing this again in the future. Thank you for a great weekend with my best friends!!

We had a lovely time at the house we rented with this company. The house was large enough for 3 women and 2 small dogs. The backyard was used to enjoy the morning sun and to watch the dogs play. We would definitely rent again
