Welcome to Don't Worry Beach Happy! Professionally managed by Gulf Coast Vacation Rentals, this magnificent 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo is located at the end of a cul-de-sac and is in the beautiful subdivision of Spoonbill Courtyard.
It is located 5 minutes away from Anna Maria Island. This is the place to be! Located in Perico Bay, this unit is ideally located in West Bradenton near Robinson's Preserve, The Palma Sola Causeway Park, shopping, and plenty of entertainment. This gorgeous community features lakefront views, a pool, a fitness center, walking and bike paths, tennis courts, and a clubhouse.
Upon entering the condo complex, you will find yourself surrounded by the splendors of nature. The unit has a private entrance with a separate garage and a large driveway. You will find a light and bright atmosphere. Stunning wood floors run throughout. The chef's kitchen has all you need and more! There are gorgeous countertops and plenty of cabinet space, perfect for preparing your family's favorite treats. There is a breakfast bar with four barstools adjacent to the main living space. The dining table has a lovely chandelier and can seat four. The spacious living room has two plush couches with a recliner chair.
The sizeable primary bedroom has a king-size bed, a TV, a spacious walk-in closet, and an attached bath with a large vanity and a walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed, a bench, closet space, and an attached bathroom with a shower/tub combo.
There is a fantastic Florida room with unobstructed views of the backyard. Through the French doors, you will find outdoor seating for two. There is a spacious backyard perfect for family gatherings.

Property was what we expected . What we did not expect was upon arrival no power on the circuit that powered the Wi-Fi and TVs also though out our stay we had multiple days actually 6 without A/C or it leaking.
Also we had a handyman come in to change out bathroom faucets on 2 different days again because we had a pet we stayed in the unit .
Otherwise nice location and unit had everything thing required for our 61 day stay.
We also received an email stating we would be compensated for the lost days and the cleaning that we paid for that did take place ,so far we have not received what was told to us.
