-Connestee Falls charges a mandatory amenity fee of $175 per stay. The fee is charged as part of your reservation at the time of booking.
-Connestee Falls Pool is open Memorial Day - Labor Day.
-The pool is subject to close at any time at the sole discretion of the Connestee Falls HOA. Please call them directly to ensure availability.
-Cooling: The home features a split A/C wall unit in the living/dining/kitchen area; upstairs bedrooms are equipped with ceiling fans.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.
Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

Spending time with friends and family at the Nunv Cabin was the best. The house really feels like a treehouse, and your are surrounded completely by nature. A 2 minute car ride leads you to private hiking trails, 4 swimming and fishing lakes. The house is fully stocked, beds are great, and having and upstairs and downstairs living rooms keeps all ages happy. Great covered porch area, electric smoker is awesome. Will definitely rent again.

This property is beautiful. We loved the location and enjoyed the deck.Had everything we needed/wanted. Just as described. I will say that we didn't realize until we got there there is no central AC. However this IS noted on the website. It was a little warmer than I prefer for
sleeping (August) but the house is nicely shaded during the day it was pretty cool at night so it wasn't bad.

We love Connestee falls and all it has to offer. The upper level of this home is great. The lower level is not ideal for summer months due to no A/C or fans.
