Overall our stay was great. We were very disappointed with the beach access. The only way you could access the beach is at low tide. The description and photos of the property and condo are deceptive. The entire property is getting swallowed up by the ocean

We have stayed at a few different units at Topsail Reef amd this was by far the nicest! It's a little hike to get up to the 3rd floor but the amazing ocean view makes it worth it! The unit has modern updates and was very clean. Newer and great working AC units. Bed linens and towels were provided and beds were made upon arrival which is always so appreciated! Not only that but but the condo also had everything needed to get started such as paper towels, TP, dish soap, dishwasher packs, trash bags, shampoo and conditioner in the bathrooms. This condo complex sticks out farther than any other homes or condos and therefore, at high tide there is no beach in front of the condos. It's actually pretty cool being out there when it's like that, but you'll have a bit of a walk to get to a beach access at high tide. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely stay here again

Overall: The place was immaculately clean and quiet, despite a Tiki Bar down the street i thought might cause a problem. ANY noise bothers me and i slept like a rock.Bedrooms: The Master bed is quite comfortable and the sheets were top quality. Second bed was not as comfortable nor the sheets as good, but are still acceptable.Kitchen: Beautiful and well stocked except for the pans. They were in poor condition, probably from guest abuse. Replacing the metal utensils with silicone would probably help, but the pans would also have to be replaced. The dishwasher was perfect.Deck: The railing blocks the gorgeous ocean view when sitting in the chairs. We carried the stools out when we sat on the deck and brought them back in after, solving the view problem. The AC/Heat compressor sits on the deck and blows on you when it is on. We solved this by keeping the heat and ac off. We saw dolphins 2 days out of 5 from the deck.Bathrooms: Master is a little small, but the shower is great.The tub and main bathroom were perfect. The shampoo, conditioner, and body wash have a pleasant neutral smell in are in a good wall dispenser.Other: large living area. Wonderful in-condo washer & dryer. Outdoor lights are turtle friendly red lights! Wall dtions are of scantily clad women (for a younger audience?) Examine Billabong ads to see if it will work for you.We found over 150 sharks teeth on the beach in a 5 day stay!The nearby Aarr Pirate & Splash by The Sea restaurants were good.
