Step into our generously proportioned four-bedroom, three-bathroom residence, conveniently situated a mere four-minute drive from Camelback. This home offers a harmonious blend of comfort and utility, ensuring a seamless living experience.

The ground floor boasts a well-appointed kitchen, a snug living room, and an inviting breakfast bar. An added convenience comes in the form of a half bathroom, while the garage introduces a touch of entertainment with its hot tub and skee ball setup.

Transitioning to the upper level, you'll encounter four thoughtfully designed bedrooms catering to diverse preferences. The master bedroom stands as a haven of luxury with its king-sized bed and attached ensuite bathroom. Two queen-sized bedrooms offer their own brand of allure, while the fourth bedroom presents an adaptable arrangement with two full-sized beds and four twins, accommodating various group sizes.

Venturing outdoors, a charming deck equipped with a gas grill beckons, providing an excellent venue for al fresco culinary endeavors.

In essence, our expansive four-bedroom, three-bathroom dwelling promises a harmonious blend of comfort and functionality, all within a stone's throw from Camelback. Whether your inclination is to unwind, revel in amusement, or savor outdoor cooking, this residence ensures a fulfilling experience tailored to your desires.

Other Things to Note:
Our property is located within a private community that prioritizes your safety and security. In order to ensure a smooth entry into the community, we kindly request that you fill out a guest registration form which includes the full names and ages of each guest, as well as vehicle information for each vehicle entering the community. Please note that the names on the submitted form MUST match the legal ID of the person driving.

Our house has 2 parking spots at the house and extra vehicles will have to park in an overflow parking lot.

Guests must submit the registration form at least 1 day before arrival.

During the winter months, we highly recommend that guests have a vehicle with All Wheel Drive or 4x4 available. Although our roads and driveway are paved, heavy snowfall is not uncommon and having AWD or 4x4 will greatly improve your driving experience.

Please note that we provide a starter pack of household essentials such as paper towels, toilet paper, garbage bags, and dish detergent. If the house is equipped with a dishwasher, washer, and dryer, there are cleaning agents provided for those appliances as well. However, we kindly ask that guests bring their own supplies if staying for more than a weekend or traveling with a large party. Once the complimentary essentials are depleted, guests are responsible for supplying their own.

Our home comes equipped with cooking utensils, pots, pans, plates, and baking dishes for your convenience. However, guests are responsible for providing their own personal grocery items such as seasonings, flour, sugar, and other cooking ingredients.

Q. Can you check in early or check out late?

A. We won't know if this is possible until the day before check in. The reason is if we have a guest leaving the day you are arriving our team needs enough time to ensure the house is ready for your arrival. In the event they finish early we can let you in earlier. For a late check out, it will depend on if we have a booking arriving that day. One way to ensure you getting either of these options is to book the day before or the day after your desired stay . This way if you want to book Friday-Sunday but you want to arrive at 9am on Friday, if you book Thursday the house will be available for you any time after check in time on Thursday.

It's a nice house,pretty clean and quiet. The parking regulations are crazy and the driveway is at such a steep angle it's dangerous. We didn't appreciate the repeated threats of fines or the lack of help from the owner who thinks there are marked spaces when there isn't a painted line on the entire block. We could find no way to make the house warm and comfortable. Some of the thermostats seem to be in Celsius and the one in the first floor bath/laundry didn't work at all. Pots and pans were in poor condition.
