Designed with accessibility in mind, this single-level home features gleaming hardwood floors and wheelchair-friendly spaces throughout, offering a welcoming stay for up to eight guests.
The high-end kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, including a dishwasher and microwave, perfect for family meals or entertaining. With three distinct living areas, there’s plenty of room for everyone to relax and enjoy the peaceful surroundings.
Three of the bedrooms feature private ensuites, while a large family bathroom includes a luxurious spa bath—ideal for unwinding after a day exploring the Blue Mountains. Stay comfortable year-round with central heating and air conditioning or enjoy the cosy glow of the open fireplace on cooler evenings.
Coolabah House is ideally located within walking distance of family-friendly attractions, including the Fairmont Resort, tennis courts, playgrounds, local markets, and the scenic Pool of Siloam bush walk via Links Road. The Blue Mountains’ iconic hiking trails, boutique Leura village, and major attractions such as Scenic World and the Three Sisters are all just a short drive away.

We really enjoyed our weekend away with friends at Coolabah House Leura. Huge living areas and all bedrooms with ensuites was a hi light of our weekend. Anything we needed to make our weekend wonderful was provided plus more. We are already talking about using this fabulous location again next year.

Property was as advertised. For 7 adults there was more than enough space-maybe too much for our group. As we stayed in the middle of winter we were disappointed that the beds didn’t have electric blankets. Also arriving to a freezing house with air conditioning that took a long time to heat up wasn’t good either. Very quiet location but had to get in the car all the time which wasn’t a problem.

Excellent accommodation in a great location. Eight of us had a wonderful time in this house and we could spread out in the very large living and sun rooms.

The property is well designed for a large group of family members. House was well designed to allow people to come together or have time in different parts of the house to relax. Highly recommend this house for weekend or week. Thank you very much for allowing my family to stay.
