Outdoor Spaces
If this cabin wasn’t breathtaking enough on the inside, the outside is even better! An upper balcony is off the arcade, and the seating overlooks the mountain view. The lower patio has a large 6-person hot tub, barbecue grill, spacious paved area, outdoor table with fire centerpiece, and an octagon fire pit with rocking chair seating.
Indoor Pool
The indoor pool is the standout feature of this Smoky Mountains cabin. It is in a separate building just a few steps from the outdoor area of this cabin. It has a door lock with a code to ensure the safety of everyone in your group, no matter their age! The pool room is spacious and has several seating areas with beach chairs, recliners, and a high-top table and chairs. There is also a bar top with chairs that is convenient if you want to make drinks and relax! The pool room has an additional outdoor seating area with chairs and a table.

- Check-in: After 4:00 PM (contact us to inquire about early check-in, decided on a case-by-case basis).
- Check-out: Before 10:00 AM (contact us to inquire about late check-out, decided on a case-by-case basis).
- No smoking inside the cabin, including tobacco, vaping, or marijuana ($1000 fine).
- No college or fraternity parties (reasonable gatherings, events, and parties allowed).
- Pet-friendly (must be disclosed at booking; undisclosed pets incur our standard $99 fee) We do not allow cats under any circumstances.
- 1 full complimentary propane tank is provided per stay for your use in the propane fire feature tables. The grill is hooked into the propane supply for the house.
- The indoor fireplace is unavailable to be turned on from May-September for environmental reasons.
- Please contact us for more information about firewood for the outdoor firepit!
- Parking: Extremely spacious for 8-10+ vehicles; inquire if more space is needed.

I had a group stay here for a Marine Corps reunion. Plenty of room. The location was perfect. Amenities were great. Everyone in the group thought the house was amazing and lived their stay. Hosts were easy to communicate with and very accommodating.

The check in process was quick and easy. The check out process was common sense and much easier than other VRBO's. The pool was clean but a bit small. Double kitchen appliances made the stay easier. Great location just 5 minutes from the main highway and grocery stores.We will reserve next year!

Booked this cabin for my staff during a competition we were hosting in Pigeon Forge. The owners came by when my staff checked in and were SO awesome-- brought this huge gift basket with lots of goodies. Everything seemed to be starting out perfect. The location is SO great!!!! Easily accessible to lots of activities and the convention center. It is very spacious and served its purpose for our group because we really only were there to sleep. However, if your groups plans on spending lots of time there you might make sure these are addressed.
Issues:
-the room descriptions are incorrect. 3 bedrooms state 2 bunks and have a picture of 4 twin beds. However not 1 of the 3 rooms had more than 1 bunk (2 beds). Right there 6 sleeping spaces I counted on were not even there. Since it was a business trip there were lots of regulations on how I could room people together so the loss of the 6 beds really put me in a bind.
-the game room shower doesn't have warm/hot water and barely any pressure.
-back porch seating area was hardly useable because of all the leaves and debris.
-hot tub had not been serviced in no telling how long.
-theater seats were very dirty and stained.
-driveway is in desperate need of some TLC. Some vehicles had difficult time due to large pot holes or break in concrete
Overall we loved the location, the fire pit/swings, kitchen was well stocked. Double fridge and freezer were very helpful.
