The house is cozy with decorative elements and selections that are pleasing to the eye. Comfortable beds/pillows and linens. Stylish bathrooms. Roomy and well stocked updated stylish kitchen. Great outdoor spaces and wraparound porch. Walking distance to the charming town center with shops, taverns and restaurants. Quiet and safe well kept neighborhood. Overall very enjoyable.

It got cold at night house was about 55 degrees. I texted Maria (I had her number As she texted me about a delivery she received) that we couldn’t figure out heat. We figured it out and I texted again. Didn’t hear from her for 10 hours from my original text. Glad we figured it out as she was not responsive. Advertised as 2 bedrooms only one bedroom had a closet. She said it’s an old house. Not true the closet was locked. It’s not a bedroom without a closet. 8 days with nowhere to hang clothes. Advertised with a grill. I asked if it worked prior to arrival, she didn’t know. It didn’t work. I’ve stayed at other Winter Garden homes which were wonderful. This is just ok. And no checkout instructions. I just did what I’ve done in other places. Stripped the beds and took out trash.
