About this villa rental

✅Overview⭐️: Beautiful, private home with large pool located minutes from the Walt Disney World Resort. Clean and well kept home in a safe and quiet neighborhood that is decorated with Disney themed rooms and constantly updated. The property is easy to get to from the airport and has off-street parking for your vehicle.

✅Indoor Living Space🏡:
- Living Room: Large sectional couch, 65 inch smart TV, Table that seats 6 (great for games or planning days at the park), Alexa echo for playing music.
- Kitchen: Fully stocked with basic utensils and kitchenware that would be typically needed during travel. Complete with kitchen appliances including microwave, dishwasher, stove/oven, and refrigerator. Foosball table is located just outside of kitchen.
- Dinning room: Large dinning table able to seat 6 plus comfortably
- Bedroom 1: Harry Potter Themed - King Bed with Master Bathroom including shower and tub
- Bedroom 2: Toy Story Themed - Queen Bed
- Bedroom 3: Mickey Mouse Themed - 2 bunk beds, twin over twin and twin over full (room sleeps 4 to 5 comfortably)
- Guest bathroom: Minion themed - shower tub combo

✅Outdoor Space🏝️: Large pool which receives direct sun light for the majority of the day. Pool area is accessed via sliding door from house. Shaded seating area with table for eating outside and enjoying the amazing Florida climate. Seating area has a fan for increased comfort on those hot days. Pool area has caddy for pool toys and pool has light for night time swims.

Pool heat ☀️ is optional and available year-round for $35 per night, with seasonal discounts offered during warmer months.

We had a great time in the house and it provided enough space for our family. The large table near the kitchen worked so well for our needs.

I don’t often leave reviews but WOW!! First of all, Vi was very responsive and check-in was a breeze. The house had spacious rooms each of them tastefully decorated! The bedrooms all had room darkening curtains which was MUCH appreciated after a long day of travel. Our kids loved playing in the large pool and the kitchen was fully equipped to prepare any meals. There is a very open living room that is Star Wars- themed and is super comfortable. There is also a foosball table as well as a couple of puzzles and games for when we wanted to just hang at the house or by the pool. The location is also FANTASTIC! So close to Disney World as well as a Walmart, Publix and plenty of family-friendly restaurants. This place was an absolute gem. Convenient location nestled in a quiet neighborhood. Vi has truly put a lot of effort into ensuring her guests have a comfortable stay. I would absolutely recommend staying here and can’t wait to book again!!

Booked for a week and we were surprised by all of the extra costs. Had to pay for heat for the pool (35 per night) and it is an all or nothing deal. We asked to pay for certain days and were told no. Had to buy cleaning supplies (dish washer pods, dish soap, garbage bags, etc.). When I asked for a dish washer pods I was told to go to Walmart because the owner does not live in the area. Patio chair is rotting out and leaving rusted shrapnel on the pool deck. Bathroom sink and tub drained at a snails pace which was a bit gross. The back door does not lock which was a constant concern. If you intend on staying at this property, please factor in these extra costs as they add up quickly.
