Loved it. Only small thing is that it would have been nice to have more than one extra trash bag. I understand not leaving a full box but one bag for each day of stay would be more logical imo.

The property is new. However, it does show signs of wear and tear. Little things are broken throughout.
- There was only 1 TV remote for 3 bedrooms.
- The balcony gate is broken (not safe for small children).
The biggest issue was cleanliness. Several things were left throughout the unit from previous renters. This shows the property was not thoroughly cleaned between uses.
Main Bedroom
- A diamond necklace was in the nightstand.
- Clothes were left under the bed.
- Crumbs and dirt were on the nightstand.
- Lots of sand under the bed.
- Unfolded towels were in the linen cabinet of the bathroom.
Secondary Bedroom
-A drink was left under the bed.
-Lots of sand under the beds.
Downstairs
-Hair on shower wall and in tub.
