This three bedroom, two and a half bath is spacious and great for large groups and families.
We’re 5 minutes walking distance to the Botanical Gardens, a 5 minute drive to the Witte and Doseum, and 10 minute drive to the Alamo!
We’re nestled in historic Mahncke Park. Perfect for groups wanting to be near it all and still enjoy a peaceful home to rest.
The townhome is a 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath space. The three bedrooms are located on the second floor. We’ve also got a pullout couch on the first floor for additional guests. The rooftop patio is on the third floor and perfect for dinner parties, evening cocktails, and general lounging to soak up the Texas sun! The neighborhood is quiet and safe.

We are a short 5 minute walk from the Botanical Gardens, which you can see from our rooftop. The Broadway corridor is a 15 minute walk and has many food options during your stay with us. The Pearl is a 5 minute drive and has everything from food to shops and our gorgeous River Walk!
This is the perfect spot for your group if you want to be close to it all but in a cozy home for when you’re ready to relax. You might never want to leave the house!

This was our 2nd stay at this wonderful VRBO, and we loved it even more this time! Property owner was SO amazing and communicative-we couldn't ask for a better, more responsive host. We love the location of this property--close to where our son was stationed at JBSA Fort Sam Houston. Near to all of the stores we needed up and down Broadway Avenue. Amazing beds (so comfy!), high-end luxurious bath products, wonderful bright kitchen and living area--it was perfect for us! We will absolutely stay again, any time we're in the area. Thank you for helping us to make great memories with our family.

We have stayed in many places in and around San Antonio over the past few years, however, this is probably my most favorite. Check-in was super easy. The host was extremely responsive and super kind. The house was everything that the listing showed the location was amazing. I happened to run into the neighbors who were super super kind and friendly For sure a property I would stay at again and again.

We stayed in this fantastic home over Thanksgiving to be able to share the holiday with our ASAF Airman. The home is very clean and modern, but is very cozy as well. (Carpeting would be the only concern--it probably needs to be steam-cleaned or replaced?) The kitchen is newly remodeled and well-equipped, the beds & couches are very comfortable, and the bathrooms are clean & modern as well. Very close to base, but no traffic to speak of on the street. Walking distance to Starbucks (less than a mile). Close to major stores (HEB, etc.) but in a quiet neighborhood. Rooftop patio provides a fun view. Host was very responsive to questions and was helpful with locations & suggestions. Loved the holiday touches (small Christmas decorations, throw blankets, & candles to burn). We've already booked another stay when we come out to visit again. Would definitely recommend!
