Mountain side house with game room, hot tub, firepit 1 mile from Lambertville

The house was in a perfect location and had lots of space for our family. We had an enjoyable time, however......The hostess was very slow to respond to any messages. I wanted info early after I made the reservation and emailed lultiple times with the only response coming about 1/2 hour before the official checkin time. I was nervous that something had happened or that I hadn't actually made the final reservations.Also, I paid for cleaning, insurance etc and was surprised that I was expected to remove all the bed linens and bag them for the cleaners. Seems that the cleaning rate would have included this extra work - also took hours to locate the "yellow bags" that we were to put the linens in.Only 2 dishwasher pods, no hot pads, no coffee filters for the coffee maker, no sugar in the house, only 1 little hotel size shampoo, (I had to go out and buy shampoo and conditioner), only a couple real coffee cups (mostly really large "soup" cups), and NO Trash bags. We had to recycle the only 2 that were already in the wastebaskets. Thankfully, I brought lots of my own kitchen supplies (frustrating)

Loved the shops and restaurants in Lambertville and New Hope. House was great and Hot tub was fantastic.

The house had some positives! The hot tub worked well, and was great to use. The kitchen also worked well!There are only two full-size or greater beds in this house. It's hard to tell from the pictures.The heating system was very hard to understand. There are many thermostats, and the primary bathroom and second floor were always cold.The gas fire place in the den didn't work - the thermostat was broken.Most importantly, there was a cleanliness issue. There was a residue all over the 2nd Floor floor. Very few towels are given, and very few products.We had a nice time, but I was embarrassed as the person who booked the house. I couldn't get timely communication out of the host.
