The house is very nice, large, nicely furnished, a bit dated and needs maintenance, some details are cheaply done (wild collection of glassware, cheap cutlery, cheap towels).It is located in the back of a vineyard, has a nice garden and nice views, but also 50m from a giant condo block (und construction) and a supermarket right behind the house.Good value as the price was fair for what it is

The house was spacious modern and clean with great facilities. Close to large supermarket, village with indoor market great bar over looking valley to sea and superb restaurant just a short walk away.Need to be aware of the steep and narrow access to the drive to the house, which if you have a small car is fine , but a larger vehicle may need to be negotiated with care.
