When arriving at the property you will have plenty of parking in our dedicated covered parking garage, and will have (2) parking passes waiting on you upstairs for your vehicles. Taking the elevator up to the 5th floor or the stairwell you will appreciate the ease of check in with our smart lock, so no keys to keep up with for your trip with us, which leaves more room to carry your favorite cocktail or beach chair!
BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS:
Each bedroom provides comfort and privacy, complete with Smart TVs and coastal-inspired decor. Each bed will be freshly made prior to your arrival, towels and wash cloths are provided as well. Our home is made for families or groups looking to have room to relax and space to sneak away for the quieter moments as well.

Our favorite to do from our condo is walk right over to the Dairy Hut which is a local staple in our area!

We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits. Any guests found to be hosting an event or party will be subject to immediate eviction without the possibility of reimbursement.

Please refrain from smoking inside the home! Any evidence of smoking will result in a $500 fee for odor removal, duct cleaning, and furniture cleaning.

All our properties are equipped with state-of-the-art smart TVs. Please note that we do not offer standard cable channels. However, guests can make the most of various streaming options available on these smart TVs. Ensure you have your streaming service credentials on hand if you wish to access specific platforms.

We pride ourselves on ensuring your stay is as comfortable as possible. We have a dedicated maintenance staff on-call for most hours of the day. Should you notify us of any concerns or issues after 5PM, there might be a delay in addressing it until the next day. However, please rest assured, we will do everything within our power to rectify the situation promptly.

We enjoyed our stay so much. The condo was clean and just right for our family of six. It was so nice to be beach front- getting to and from the beach took no time and making multiple trips wasn’t a big deal. All of us enjoyed watching the beach and people from the balcony. We had to contact the property manager one time and they responded in no time. We would recommend this condo to friends!

the curtains going to the balcony were pinned up with pins and dragging the floor the people staying upstairs over us bang the floor half the night

This was a nice location for the couple days we were here. The condo was very nice with plenty of room, patio over-looking ocean was very nice. Had a pleasant stay for Mid-April.
