When arriving at the property you will have plenty of parking in our dedicated covered parking garage, and will have (2) parking passes waiting on you upstairs for your vehicles. Taking the elevator up to the 5th floor or the stairwell you will appreciate the ease of check in with our smart lock, so no keys to keep up with for your trip with us, which leaves more room to carry your favorite cocktail or beach chair!
BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS:
Each bedroom provides comfort and privacy, complete with Smart TVs and coastal-inspired decor. Each bed will be freshly made prior to your arrival, towels and wash cloths are provided as well. Our home is made for families or groups looking to have room to relax and space to sneak away for the quieter moments as well.

We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits. Any guests found to be hosting an event or party will be subject to immediate eviction without the possibility of reimbursement.

Please refrain from smoking inside the home! Any evidence of smoking will result in a $500 fee for odor removal, duct cleaning, and furniture cleaning.

However, guests can make the most of various streaming options available on these smart TVs. Ensure you have your streaming service credentials on hand if you wish to access specific platforms.

We pride ourselves on ensuring your stay is as comfortable as possible. We have a dedicated maintenance staff on-call for most hours of the day. Should you notify us of any concerns or issues after 5PM, there might be a delay in addressing it until the next day. However, please rest assured, we will do everything within our power to rectify the situation promptly.

The property was nice and we enjoyed our stay however, immediately you could tell the carpet hadn't been vacuumed well, the shower dripped in the bathroom the whole time we tried to fill up the bathtub for my daughter and one of the outlets in the master bathroom didn't even work. For the most part it was a great stay I just think the condo needs some extra attention to get it up to par. Also, the laundry room was an awful experience. Tried to wash one blanket and for some reason wouldn't rinse/spin and after the 2nd try and 3.50 later for one blanket it was still completely saturated with water so just put it in the dryer like it was and had to spend 3.50 more to get it dry so 7 to wash one blanket is ridiculous considering it didn't even get washed properly. The ocean view was wonderful though and also had a great time at the pool and being able to see the ocean from the pool was definitely a plus

Property was very clean and in a perfect location. Right on the beach and walking distance to grocery, liquor, restaurants, ice cream. Property has everything we needed. We would def stay here again.

The stay was great. Being so close to the beach was an extra bonus. Laundry came in handy a few times and you couldn’t beat the view from the balcony that’s for sure. Great place to stay can’t wait to come back.
