Nestled in the heart of Old Hilliard, RESIDENCE 1852 is named for the year the city was purchased. This Norwich St. two-story home is walking distance to Crooked Can Brewery, Starliner Diner, Coffee Connections, Old Hilliard Baking Company, and the 6.1 mile rails-to-trails path. Three uniquely inspired bedrooms, custom kitchen, stainless appliances, reading nook / office + W&D, with decor and furnishings sourced by Trove Warehouse (Cbus, OH) makes this a must stay home. Professionally managed.

Stylish, fresh, and plenty of room, this house is walking distance to all the good eats and drinks in Old Hillard. Also walk to parks and rail trail. We would be happy to stay here again sometime.
