Didn’t have to leave the hotel for anything! Beach is the back yard Tiki bar at the pool food is good reasonable! Gives me resort then hotel

This was a fine place to stay. Many reviews highlight slightly dated decor and other cosmetic issues (chipping paint, rust in the bathroom, etc.) Yes, the apartment is old, but it was overall clean, functional, and provided an incredible ocean view. The kitchen was very minimally stocked, but we were able to do some very basic cooking. (Mac n cheese, scrambled eggs, etc.) The check-in process was simple, though they seemed understaffed in the lobby- no fault of the rental company, but the building staff could have helped the line move quicker. Other reviews state the elevator took a long time- this was true for us in the busiest parts of the day, but the most I ever had to wait was about 6 minutes. Overall, this was a great value for less than 200 a night right on the beach, it had everything we needed.

Horrible elevator wait time. The complex should teach people how to work “smart elevator”. Need a list of all the complex’s “rules”. Security very strict-on some weird things. Must always have shoes/shirts-even coming from pool/beach. If you order a package-you can only get it during late evening hours. Room needs some major TLC!
