Doggy extras. Enclosed back garden with sitting-out area and garden furniture. Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking.. An exquisite three-story end-of-terrace holiday cottage, nestled within the conservation village of Stalham Staithe, nestled alongside the River Ant.

Combining modern elegance with natural beauty, it is an ideal escape for families and their four-legged companions. The spacious design encompasses three floors of opulent living space, ensuring ample room for relaxation and recreation. With its stylish interior, the holiday home exudes comfort and sophistication. The open-plan living space features hard flooring, a 55" TV, and an extra-large George Barclay dog bed. Offering river views across the River Ant and local boatyards from the upper floor front-facing windows. On the first floor, the two bedrooms have wall mirrors and storage, while on the second floor, the bedroom has a large, orthopaedic dog bed. The main bedrooms also contain hairdryers and a bladeless fan. For those bringing their four-legged friends, as well as the dog beds, the owner has also provided dog treats, ceramic dog water bowls, dog food bowls and towels. To the rear is a safe enclosed garden.

The neighbouring boatyard offers daily hire of motor launches to explore the miles of magnificent waterways and has a café and EV charging. Fishing opportunities nearby, with access to the River Ant and local fisheries (seasonal and license required). For those seeking a beach adventure, a quick drive will take you to sandy shores where sun, sea, and surf await. The proximity to both the river and the beach ensures a diverse range of activities to suit all ages and preferences. A minute’s drive or footpath leads to the neighbouring town of Stalham with its shops, cafés, restaurants, and pubs. The Norfolk Broads Museum is a few steps away; from here you can discover the history of boating and The Broads. Wroxham, known as the capital of the Broads, is only 8 miles away. Great family fun days out can be had at BeWILDerwood, a tree-top adventure in Horning, Dinosaur Park at Lenwade, and Wroxham Barns. The closest beach is 5 miles at Sea Palling, or for quieter sandy beaches, take a trip to Waxham, Horsey or Winterton. Horsey and Winterton are good for seal spotting, particularly during pupping season from November to January. The city of Norwich makes for a great day out, with its cathedral, theatre, castle museum, excellent shopping, restaurants, and cafés. Enjoy a day at the seaside resort of Great Yarmouth, only 16 miles away. The Weavers Way runs through the town and provides good walking and cycling opportunities. Supermarket, shops, pubs, restaurants 1 mile and beach 5 miles.
