New construction custom home at Georgetown Lake with a lakefront dock, its own private beach, 6 bathrooms, and room to sleep 20 people. Pintler Place was created for groups or multiple families, ensuring everyone has space to relax.
Pintler Place is a 10-minute drive to Discovery Ski, and its location along Highway 1 provides easy access to Philipsburg and Anaconda. The Pinter Mountain views from the oversized deck and beautifully landscaped yard provide an unforgettable backdrop for a vacation. It is also conveniently located near the Red Bridge Boat Launch for easy access to put your boat in the lake.
This home has every amenity you could want for a lake or ski vacation, including a hot tub on the deck, kayaks and paddle boards for guest use, a separate ice maker (mixing drinks, filling coolers, etc.), a game/bunk room with a 75-inch TV and Foosball table, heated bathroom floors throughout, a sunroom with workout equipment (yoga mats, weights), 2 dishwashers, 3 clothes washers and 3 clothes dryers, 2 heated garage parking spaces as well as ample outdoor parking, a 72 ft dock and ski boat lift, and much more.
It boasts 4 individual bedrooms, each with an ensuite bathroom; a bunk room that sleeps 6 in custom built bunk beds as well as a premium pull-out queen sofa to sleep 2 more; an office with a custom queen-sized murphy bed and luxury mattress; and a sunroom with a twin-size daybed and trundle bed. Pintler Place is also fully stocked with Paul Mitchell toiletries, lake and hot tub towels, spices and cooking basics, nearly every kitchen tool you can imagine, games, and other comforts to make your stay perfect. With its custom reclaimed wood features and a gorgeous rock fireplace, this thoughtfully-built home provides a picturesque place for your Montana experience.

Guests have access to the house and garage. There's a few locked closets & 1 bay of the garage that guests don't have access to.
I like to give guests their space & privacy but make myself available during your stay if any questions or issues come up. I can usually be at the property within the hour if needed.

Better knives
Larger / more trash receptacles / or a pick-up day more in line with a weekend turn around. Cans were mostly full when we arrived so had to store trash in the garage till Wednesday pick up day. Felt bad the next tenants were going to run into the same issue because we had lots.
