About this house rental
Professionally managed and cleaned, luxurious finishes, organic cotton and down beddings, teak furniture and chefs` ready kitchen. Relaxing shared outdoor area, free laundry machine, outdoor shower and dinner table. Conveniently located within 2.5 walking blocks from the vibrant Atlantic Ave resutarants and shuttle to the beach (no need to drive). 2 Identical units always full in season. ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING- INDOOR and OUTDOORS. **If you are a smoker, kindly, DO NOT consider staying here.
This duplex consists of two identical units, each with 2BR 1 Bath, living area, breakfast table and kitchen. Each unit is approx 600 Sqft and both share one washer and dryer as well as relaxing back yard with outdoor shower and dining table.
We take pride in our soft organic linen and down bedding. We offer free wifi and Netflix (no cable). The location is three walking blocks from the best restaurants and shops in Delray Beach on Atlantic Avenue with shuttle service on the avenue.
Each unit is private, however shares a backyard, laundry facility, outdoor dining area and outdoor shower. Tenants will need to use a smart phone for e-key entrance into each unit. There is a code for the laundry room.
We have local emergency maintenace services available.
This is the final two blocks of a quiet residential (Osceola Park) area located just south of Atlantic Avenue. There is a train crossing all of southern Florida in the busiest residential and tourist areas throughout please expect train noise anywhere you stay.
There is 1 parking spot designated per unit on the property. Free shuttle service is located on Atlantic Ave (three blocks away).
- no over occupancy, must match the number on reservation. Subject to $50 extra charge per day for each unreported guest.
- be respectful to neighbors and next door guests. quiet and privacy.

The place was clean. The electric lock needed a better description on how to gain entry. Confusing instruction. Recommend using more delineated steps instead of 1.2.Rather use A: B; C to label steps.Not familiar with the Nest thermostat function. Recommend have link to proper Nest model be supplied.Parking space behind unit was engulfed with bushes extending into parking space .bushes had sharp needles, scratched finish on truck; midsize SUV. I had to cut them back. Parking space is very tight.Toilet kept running wasting water. Needs new tank filling apparatus.Space was clean. Applinace in excellet working order.I had to have them remove feather pillows and comforters due to allergy. That was not listed on the bedding documentation. Usually the owner would supply substitute. I had to supply our own..Price was high for the place.Stay again? No
