About this apartment rental
This 3-star luxury duplex is located just 5 minutes from the centre of the village on foot and 100 metres from the ski slopes.
This 66 m2 apartment with a warm atmosphere is located in a quiet and residential area. Magnificent view of the Aravis mountain range, as well as the slopes of the Aiguille massif. It is located on the second and last floor of a chalet.
Private parking is available.
This apartment is composed of a large living room with a fully equipped American kitchen including a microwave oven, oven, hob, refrigerator, dishwasher, Senséo coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle as well as appliances such as fondue, raclette and pancake appliances. A dining area for 6 people and a living room area composed of a corner sofa, a wall-mounted flat screen, an ethanol fireplace which overlooks the bay window with a view of the Aiguille ski area.
You also have upstairs in the mezzanine, a cocooning corner with 2 large sofas with TV and wii console + games. This place is often the place for children to play or rest during the evenings, as well as for adults the corner for a pleasant reading.
Regarding the sleeping area, it is composed of a master bedroom with a 140 cm bed, shower, sink and a dresser. The second bedroom is upstairs and consists of 2 small chests of drawers, 2 beds of 90, which can be modular according to needs into a 180 cm bed. The third sleeping area is located at the back of the mezzanine (open room), with 2 beds of 90.
As for the terrace, it consists of a high table with a stool for outdoor meals and a view of the entire Aravis mountain range. You also have a barbecue for summer meals.
We also provide you: free wifi, a Bluetooth speaker to put background music and games for the evenings.
We provide you with towels, bed linen (the beds are made on your arrival), household linen and a travel cot for BBs.
Stay for a minimum of 1 week. For the winter holidays, stay from Sunday 11:30 am to Sunday 10 am. For the summer holidays, stay from Saturday 11:30 am to Saturday 10 am.
THE CLEANING SERVICE is not included in the price and must be done by the tenant at the time of leaving the accommodation (the products and others are provided by the owner, for a quality cleaning.

Upon arrival, a deposit check of 800 euros and a deposit check of 100 euros will be requested.
