About this apartment rental
Hello, we would be honored to host you! First floor sunny 3 bedroom unit. Owner lives on premises so any concerns/needs will be promptly tended to. In Boston and walking distance to bus line. Washer/dryer in unit with laundry detergent provided. One off street parking spot and plenty of on street free parking. 3 bedrooms and 1 bath. Furnished perfectly for a clean & clutter free space!
The entire first floor apartment, one off street spot in the back, private back porch with seating are available to guests on our property.
During your stay we are one text away for any questions or concerns. We encourage guests to reach out to us via the Airbnb application.
Quiet neighborhood, mostly families. Ross Park is 2 blocks away- a quick 5 minute walk to a playground, basketball court, tennis court and track to walk. At the beginning of the street is a convenience store. Grocery store 1/2 mile away, as well as a Starbucks, Planet Fitness gym, Burger King, CVS & Dunkin Donuts!
During your stay, getting around is convenient. We're within walking distance of major bus lines, and the transit station at Forest Hills is just a couple of miles away via bus. From Forest Hills, you'll have easy access to various parts of Boston, including Seaport, Boston Commons, downtown Boston, and more. Enjoy exploring the city with ease!
For an additional fee we could offer any of the following:
Homecooked breakfast/dinner options
Refrigerator/cabinets stocked with requested food/drink items
Pick up/drop off at airport

Great location, spacious apartment and safe surroundings. Parking available in a private lot in back of apartment which was a major plus. Host was readily available as needed and pleasant to talk to. Would definitely stay there again.

We stayed at this rental for two nights and had a great experience overall. The home was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and well-equipped. Check-in was smooth, and the host provided clear instructions and was quick to respond to any questions.The location was perfect for what we needed—quiet, safe, and close to local attractions. We especially appreciated the little touches, like extra towels, a coffee station, and board games for the evening. The Wi-Fi worked well, and the beds were comfortable, which made for a relaxing stay.

We had SUCH a great stay here. Close too everything Boston. Salem. The home has all one could need. Its well out. Every convenience. I will absolutely rent here again with my family🎀
