This home has 3 bedrooms (2 king beds and 1 full), 2 full bathrooms, newly renovated kitchen, living room with cozy electric fireplace and large sliding glass doors leading to the deck. The spacious primary suite also has sliding doors that lead to the deck.

Two of the bedrooms have dedicated work spaces, with sit/stand desks and Herman Miller work chairs.

The garage gym has a new NordicTrack treadmill with a large screen iFit subscription for interactive works outs. Gym also includes expansive free weight set including bench press, dumb bells and new cable pulley machine.

The backyard has a large deck and grill, and several sitting areas. Newly landscaped with over 50 hedges and fully fenced in, giving you a spacious, private oasis in which to relax.

Guests have access to the full house, garage gym, laundry, 2 car driveway and fenced in, private backyard.
