You will love this area and may be the closest STR to Keeneland and Bluegrass Airport! Located in the quiet neighborhood off Harrodsburg Rd/Man O War. Close to restaurants, grocery stores, shopping centers, and 15 minutes to downtown. 3-bedroom, 2-full bath home features an open floor plan, 9' ceilings, formal dining room w/ lots of natural light, spacious vaulted great room, luxury vinyl plank flooring, stainless and granite kitchen open to the family room, generous sized bedrooms, gas grill. Parking in driveway or on street.
RENTER understands and accepts that the property is protected with outside security cameras. These cameras are used to protect the property from potential break-ins and theft. We have one or two cameras on the side of the house in the carport which all record video and audio. All devices are on the exterior of the property. The Owners are licensed Realtors in the State of Kentucky & Florida.

Listing is as described. The neighborhood is quiet and felt safe. Very close access to grocery and to main roads. Beds were comfortable. Everything smelled and looked clean. Would recommend to others!
