About this apartment rental
Hello, we offer our accommodation, 4 Paradiski Crystals for 6 people, located in Arc 1600, in the village of the two heads, for seasonal rental.
LOCATION
The accommodations are in the renowned ski resort of Les Arcs 1600, the area of which is part of the very large Paradiski ski area (bringing together the areas of Les Arcs, La Plagne and Pesey / Vallandry).
THE ACCOMMODATION
The apartment is located on the 2nd and last floor of a small chalet of 3 apartments in the heart of the village of the two heads.
It is rated 4 Paradiski Crystals for 6 people.
The apartment is quiet, with direct access to the slopes (you just have to cross the parking lot, about 50m). It is also located 5 minutes by car from the ARC 1600 station, or 10 minutes on foot by a small path. A free shuttle is available at the top of the funicular, which allows you to reach the apartment in 5 minutes.
It is a spacious and bright apartment of 42m2 that can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people. The latter has a fully equipped terrace (1 table + 4 chairs + 2 deckchairs + a small coffee table) with an open view of the mountains and the slopes.
It consists of a kitchen open to the living room, a real bedroom of 12m2 with a 160cm double bed and dressing room. Then a sleeping area with 2 bunk beds. Finally, in the living room is a 160cm sofa bed. Shower room and separate toilet. Plenty of storage space is available, as well as a ski room on the first floor.
The apartment is fully equipped: complete crockery, pans, pots, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, TV...
Baby equipment available: 1 travel cot, 1 folding high chair, 1 folding bathtub, 1 removable safety barrier.
A private parking space is available at the foot of the chalet.
CLEANING AND SHEETS
Winter: cleaning and bed linen are included in the price (not bath towels but they can be requested at an additional cost)
Summer: cleaning is to be done by yourself at the end of your holiday. Cleaning accessories are at your disposal.
Sheets and towels are also to be brought (bedroom bed: 160x200cm. sofa bed: 160x200cm bunk lots: 90x190cm). Sheets can be rented through the agency with an extra charge.
ACCESS
- Very easy by train, from PARIS, LONDON, BRUSSELS, AMSTERDAM...: a funicular taking you to ARC 1600 is accessible directly from the TGV station of BOURG SAINT MAURICE, then free shuttle to the village of the two heads (5min of operation).
- Free shuttles to connect the other villages of the resort.

Clean and comfortable. Beds very comfortable. You need to get sheets from arc1600 but easy in bus or 10 min walk down. Get bus back as it’s very steep. If you need groceries or dinner in eve it’s a walk and bus to act 1600. Very easy to get to slopes though- 2 min walk to the Mount Blanc slope and on way back just come off at the Mont Blanc slope near the bar. Very good value for money.
