The Chalet PRE FLEURI is an old village house completely renovated in 2022, 125m² on 2 floors. It is located in the center of a historic and village hamlet of CHAMPAGNY en VANOISE - called Le Planay - which still presents a beautiful unity of traditional houses and buildings of the Tarentaise. Located 600m from the start of the ski slopes of Champagny-en-Vanoise/La Plagne/Paradiski, (one of the largest ski areas in the world). 5km away, cross-country ski trails, snowshoe and pedestrian trails in Champagny-le-Haut, a classified natural site and preserved place in an exceptional setting (free shuttle on site in winter). Courchevel/3 Valleys at 13km. Champagny village resort at the gateway to the Vanoise National Park. Many sports and fun activities on site in all seasons.
The Chalet PRE FLEURI is composed as follows:
First floor:
- Pedestrian entrance and garage fitted out after skiing, with bench, cupboards, electric boot dryer, ski locker.
- 1 laundry room with washer/dryer, iron and ironing board, washbasin.
- 1 Italian shower room with double sinks and heated towel rail.
- 1 separate toilet
- Terrace with garden furniture, sun lounger.
- 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (90x200) that can be pushed together, television, large cupboard, access to terrace, roller shutter.
- 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (160x200), large cupboard, access to terrace 1 via balcony, roller shutter.
Level 1, under exposed framework:
- large living room with lots of light and a beautiful view: dining room and lounge area with sofas and armchairs, TV.
- Large kitchen open to the living room, fully equipped: fridge/freezer, electric oven, microwave oven, induction hob, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle...
- 1 large bedroom with 1 double bed (160x200), a cabin + mezzanine with 2 single beds (90x200), large cupboards, television, roller shutter.
- Sun terrace with view, table and chairs.

We loved our stay in Champagny. The town is beautiful with restaurants and bars, a bakery which delivers fresh bread to the chalet.The chalet itself is just immaculate. The kitchen is so well resourced, we cooked here a few times and it was very easy and well arranged. Every aspect of the chalet is well thought out and finished to a high standard. Every piece of furniture is comfortable and of good quality. There is a fantastic utility room, a huge drying rack in the garage a wood burner and heaps more useful pieces of equipment. The host is responsive and helpful.

Our stay has been absolutely perfect! The chalet is really beautiful, nicely decorated, well equipped and located in a quiet neighbourhood yet close to the center. The host is really friendly and helpful and makes great bread in the Marmottine bakery (he also provides a free delivery service). I can only say positive things about the holiday home. So, I definitely recommend booking this place!
