* Due to the steep ladder leading to the upper bed, the condo is not suitable for infants under 2 years old.
* We kindly ask guest to please recycle all single use plastic, do not put in regular trash.
* Please do not hang swimsuits, towels or laundry off terrace railings, not permitted by the HOA
* Please close & lock all doors and windows and turn off the air conditioning when vacating property
* Please turn off gas fire pit when when not inside the property, never leave fire unattended
* Please immediately report any damages to the property to the Airbnb host

We drove up to Cerritos for the day… The beach is very easy to access… And the property is in excellent condition with a beautiful pool. The owners are very professional. Excellent experience.
