About this cabin rental
Welcome to our beautifully furnished 3-bedroom home, located near the airport and Mall of America! Enjoy ample parking space, making it easy for everyone to travel together. With its central location, you'll find yourself just a short drive away from everything, including downtown. Whether you're here for business or pleasure, our home is the perfect base for your stay in the Twin Cities. Book now and experience the best of both worlds – contemporary comfort and easy access to all the action!
The space
The house has a positive vibe, we have used light color paint scheme to enhance the feel. There is also a photo op wall in the living room which we would like the guests to use, hopefully adds to your memories of this house. The upstairs bedroom has a cabin décor with real wood furniture and Foosball table. We also have coffee corner with Nespresso next machine, milk frother, various cream options along with most popular syrup flavors for all my fellow coffee snobs.
The location is prime with following highlights :-
- 2.7 miles/5 mins drive from Mall of America.
- 5 miles from MSP airport.
- 0.5 miles from Roosevelt park, 1.9 miles to Wood lake Nature center.
- Quick access to 494, 35W, and 62.
- Starbucks, chipotle, DQ, Taco bell, McDonald's and many more food options within 1 mile radius.
- Sam's club, Aldi, Walmart, REI , best buy and other big retailers within a miles radius.
-Event centers:
U.S. Bank Stadium (8 mi)
Target Center (8.5 mi)
TCF Bank Stadium (12 mi)
Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire home. However we would like the guests to only use basement for bathroom and laundry.
Guests will not have access to the detached garage. However the whole drive way is available for parking and can fit 4 cars comfortably with space in the very end to back up cars facing the road. This driveway won't be shared by anyone else during your stay.
Other things to note
*Failure to follow house rules may result in reservation termination and fines*:
-No shoes inside the house. Shoe trays/ welcome mats at both entrances.
-No falsifying total guest count.
-No parties or events.
-No food in bedrooms.
-No drugs or illegal substances in the home.
-There is absolutely no smoking in the unit. A $1500 fee will charged to remove smoke smell of unit.
-Security cameras are installed on the exterior of the home to ensure guest safety and check-in. Recording video and audio 24/7. No cameras inside.

My sister and 92 year old Dad stayed and the house fully met our needs. It was quiet, yet close to food and stores. The interior was new and clean. We enjoyed our stay here.
