This house boasts of nature in the middle of the city. The entire front yard contains Native Texas plants giving this property a very earthy and grounded feel. Originally built in the 1930s, this house has been freshly renovated restoring all of the original elements with updated amenities such as central A/C, modern plumbing and appliances. Stayed at this cute bungalow with my husband & my sister/her husband. My daughter attends UT Austin so the location was close to her school dorm for visiting & also walking distance to see me bars & places to eat. Great to have 2 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms & a cozy living room area space to hang out together instead of staying in 2 separate hotel rooms. We also loved the friendly cats that were on the property, Blue & Teddy.
