Summer kitchen with wood-fired oven. Downhill and cross-country skiing at Le Revard 12km. Aix-les-Bains thermal baths. Flag of character in the Aix countryside along the Revard, in the Regional Natural Park of the Bauges. Southwest exposed very quiet residential hamlet. Nice unspoilt meadows, hills and forests. Beautiful private terrace. Beautiful outdoor space very neat and flowery with swimming pool, bowls and summer kitchen. Superb very clear view of the countryside. An exceptional address between lake and mountain! A large house with 4 cottages, a common swimming pool with a summer kitchen to relax, bask and admire the landscape. In winter, in a few minutes, you reach the cross-country ski trails of the Savoie Grand Revard area, an ideal territory also for snowshoeing.
