The casually elegant furniture and finishes contrast beautifully against the bold expressive art. Notable features include all bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, relaxing Lake Eufaula views, wrap around porches and short walk to tennis and pickleball courts.
The first floor of the home warmly invites guests inside to the gathering space with decor and presence curated by a designer for its balance of sophistication and modern minimalism. Featuring 2 King en-suites and 1 Bunk Room with 2 Queen and 2 Twin beds plus en-suite bathroom.
The white oak staircase, a focal point, will welcome you to the main level of the home- the second floor, where guests discover a grand, open kitchen, the main living area and two king en-suites. The kitchen can seat a combined 12 guests at the formal dining table and kitchen island. It comes fully stocked with high-end appliances, two refrigerators, a gally sink and prep sink - perfect place to prepare meals. The main living area is surrounded by large picture windows with unbeatable views of Lake Eufaula. It is furnished with a comfortable sectional and two accent chairs. a sizeable space to gather with family and friends after a long day out on the lake or exploring Carlton Landing. The second floor also features a well-appointed screened-in porch with a Carolina hanging bed, 2 lounge chairs, Trager grill plus double-sided fireplace!

This house is our new favorite! I love that the kids bunks are on the bottom floor. At most houses here, they are on the upper floors which makes it very loud. This house also has a gorgeous view!

We had 3 families - 6 adults, 6 kids. This house fit us perfectly! It was beautiful inside and had an amazing view! Extra space downstairs for the kids to play. Best house we’ve stayed at in CL so far!

This was our first trip to Carlton Landing and it did not disappoint. We had a crew of 4 young families that enjoyed this house and all of the community amenities. Each couple was thankful for a king size bed with an en-suite bathroom. And all the kids LOVED the bunk room, as well as the close by secondary living area with a big comfy couch, tv, and its own refrigerator - perfect for the kids’ movie night. The main living area, kitchen, dining room and adjoining screened in porch with it’s large picnic table had plenty of seating for our group during meals. The only thing we wished was different was the distance of this house from the nearest park or playground. The map on the hospitality app showed this property in a different location than it actually was, which unfortunately meant we were not right next to a park and this property had very small outdoor space behind the house. Definitely plan on bringing enough groceries for most of your meals because there’s really only one permanent restaurant option called The Meeting House, with a second restaurant under construction (as of March ‘24). The property management company was a bit stingy with basic essentials such as trash bags, which we had to request extra bags twice. The community as a whole was very charming, walkable, and friendly.
