Nonna Assunta

Four close friends from four different countries got together and spent a week in Naples. We chose and rented this apartment and were lucky! The location is close to the metro, with many shops and several cafés nearby. The house is old, but the apartment after renovation is stylish, spacious, with high ceilings and bright. The apartment is really nice, clean, and cozy. It has everything needed for a comfortable stay and is well organized. The landlady is very helpful.

The only real issue was the poor soundproofing, particularly between the bedroom and the adjacent bathroom—it could be quite hard to fall asleep at times. However, this is likely a common problem in all older buildings in Naples. Additionally, we occasionally experienced issues with the kitchen sink drain.

The host was really available and flexible at our arrival. The flat was clean, spacious and comfortable, the host provided for us some breakfast and drinks, which was unexpected! the kids really enjoyed the cookies and juice :) The location is perfect since it is a t 2 min from a metro station, and I really found it perfect for our stay.

The street might be a little noisy, and if its raining you cannot hang your clothes, but these are very minor things.

The rooms, the location. The owner was amazing! We were 5 people, we felt so comfortable, the bathroom was so clean and convenient. I highly recommend this place!!

Abbiamo soggiornato in 6 (4 adulti e 2 bambini) al B&B Nonna Assunta e non posso che consigliarlo vivamente. La struttura si trova in un palazzo antico e affascinante, dotato di ascensore; le camere sono spaziosissime, pulitissime e accoglienti, con aria condizionata per ogni ambiente. In dotazione anche lavatrice, ferro da stiro, phon, microonde, dettagli degni di nota. La posizione è eccellente, perfetta per raggiungere facilmente le principali attrazioni di Napoli, avendo proprio sotto il palazzo la fermata della metro. La colazione è ricca, abbondante e variegata. Un ringraziamento speciale va alla proprietaria, la signora Pina, gentilissima e di una disponibilità rara. A conferma di tutto ciò, abbiamo nuovamente prenotato il b&b per un altro weekend a Napoli a fine ottobre.
