Holiday home

Owner was very helpful. He left the heater on so we arrived to a warm house, which was very appreciated. Very clean, modern kitchen and bathrooms and had everything we needed. Nice warm blankets for beds. Walking distance to IGA and Sunday market.

The property is beautiful and in a very convenient location for my needs during my time in Bendigo

There could be nicer pillows and more of them

Very comfortable and clean 3 bedroom house, with everything we needed. Clean and very good value for money. It's not super close to town or much around the area but we had a car so it didn't matter.

The toilet in the ensuite wasn't flushing properly but we let the property manager know.

Property was clean, good location, but would only suggest if you don’t want to utilize the house for anything more than sleeping

Unfortunately it was a little underwhelming, needs a much bigger couch as a 2 seater just isn’t enough when it sleeps 5 people. Plastic outdoor chairs as dining room chairs were to chunky and unstable and should be outside not inside. The little dymo labels everywhere (they are literally in every wall) telling you not to do this and that were a bit much and almost made you feel uncomfortable, maybe tone these back a little as they are tacky and rude especially the one on the bed heads stating ‘please don’t stain our linen’ not sure that’s required. Even the cutlery basket had a label stating ‘Do not take cutlery or you will be charged’ it’s just all a bit much. Need to invest in better linen also as it’s all cheap & thin and only supplying one pillow is not enough. If these little things were fixed your property would be great. I did notice in your guest reviews on-site in the little book and online have all made the same complaint so not sure why the owners aren’t listening.
