Easy parking nextdoor. Large new COOP in proximity of the house.
Some electric problems should be repaired asap (light in the first bathroom and socket in the kitchen).

location is great, but unfortunately there were some street works and children playground was blocked. Good flat setup with 3 bedrooms. Each bedroom has proper bed.
NO WASHING machine despite it is mentioned in description!!!! Apartment could be a bit more tidy. Linens could be not as used as they were. Communication only in whatsapp with google translate. Kitchen equipment very basic. More dishes would be good.

Casa grande e rispondente alla descrizione. Perfetto lo spazio esterno per chi ha animali , anche se non è recintato. Ottima posizione vicino alla pineta.
In dotazione solo un frigorifero piccolissimo e lo scomparto freezer non ghiaccia. Il tavolo da esterno in legno bello ma molto mal ridotto. Ogni volta che ci sedeva sulla panca sembrava che dovesse crollare da un momento all'altro.
