Les vistes i la tranquil•litat.
La bañera necessita una mampara o cortina per a no mullar tot el bany. I canviat led fundes trencades del sofà. La resta molt bé.

This is one of the best-view apartments in Chamonix, located right next to the paragliding landing area. You could almost land on the balcony! The apartment is excellent value for money, and the owner is very friendly, helpful, and easy to communicate with. Everything was perfect. Highly recommended!

Obviously the location, and the charm of the apartment, the garage with private access, proximity to the city center and things to do. Magnificent view and orientation of the room.
Many of the standard items in the apartment are past useful life. Outdoor furniture was extremely worn, and uncomfortable. Same with basic indoor furnishings. Beds seemed fine, but things like chairs, couch, and cabinetry are pretty well worn. Which is OK I guess, of you are never in the apartment, but things need and update.
