Property is beautiful, it has everything you need and is just like the pictures. Every bedroom has their own bathroom which it was great.
The day we arrived our flight was delayed so we got to our apartment at 3:40am and the door code didn’t work! And we had to kids which made it even worse. They have a 24/7 line but no one ever responded to me. I texted, called, send a WhatsApp like they suggested and yet I had no response. We had to take our kids at almost 4am and tried to find a hotel which we needed up in an Inn because hotels don’t take walk ins. It was very inconvenient for us. In the morning around 7am someone did get in touch with me and gave me the code to their box where they have a key and that’s what we used for the 4 days we were there. They didn’t even try to offer to cover the money we payed for the Inn to at least make up for or the problem.
