The walls and curtains were mouldy There seemed to be old blood stains on the duvet It didn’t feel the cleanest but it is extremely cheap so we didn’t expect perfection

Comfortable stay with a peaceful atmosphere. The property was clean, well maintained, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Overall, we had a pleasant experience in Nuwara Eliya.

A minor issue was that the room floor felt slightly sticky at times. It may have been due to the cool, damp conditions and limited natural sunlight in the room, but it did not significantly affect our stay.

The location is good, value for the money, and can be recommended.

Big room, less furniture and the view isn't that much good from our balcony. We need to ask every small essentials from staffs like towels, tea powders, and water bottles. The items weren't there when we arrived in the room. The wifi and the tv didn't work.

The design of the rooms is fantastic. Extremely spacious with great facilities (unless missing or broken in your room). It seems when the rooms were first done, lots of details were taken into consideration like adding beanbags for comfort, hairdryers etc. The staff here were friendly and seemed to be trying their best, but sadly didn't manage everything up to our expectations for the price. The location is great and the hotel has real potential, but I think it needs some TLC and an injection of passion from the management.

It looks like cleaning is probably done too quickly or with not enough staff...between my friends and I, we had 2 rooms and we were really disappointed with the cleanliness. This was also noticed in the 'restaurant', which is also very lacking in comfort and vibes. The hotel had great reviews and we were really shocked with this on arrival. I did give feedback direct to the hotel via the booking.com chat and also WhatsApp and never had a response on either.
