Lovely quiet location in Maianbar, surrounded by a lot of trees and close to Royal National Park with all its beautiful walks. A true 'oasis in nature'. Very tasteful, modern interiors with a cosy fireplace in the downstairs living room. The kitchen was really well equipped and supplied with a lot of extras (oil, herbs, coffee, tea etc).
The lock box was a bit sticky so it took a while to get in but no problem in the end. On this particular weekend, It was quite cold upstairs in the bedrooms. Had I known there was no heating there, I would have brought a small fan heater with me.

Everything was just perfect. The house was spacious, clean, and super comfortable. The kitchen, the beds, the bathrooms—everything was top-notch. There wasn’t a single issue. Our family had a wonderful time and loved the sounds of the birds all around. It was the perfect base to explore the national park and beaches. Just a short drive from Sydney, yet you’re completely surrounded by nature.
I know we might sound like we're overdoing it, but honestly, there was no downside for us. As a family of five, it met all our needs perfectly.
