La atención de la Sra. Natalia y su esposo excelente. Un lugar limpio, acogedor, con una vista hermosa, mucha vegetación y equipado con todo lo necesario para disfrutar de unos días en familia. Sin duda volveremos.

La ubicación, la tranquilidad y los animales bien cuidados hacen que la experiencia sea ideal. Las plantaciones de fresas y tomates y convivir con la naturaleza son lo mejor.

Un lugar perfecto para desconectarte del estrés de la ciudad y reconectar con la familia y la naturaleza. Las instalaciones son cómodas y la vista, los paisajes son hermosos. Los anfitriones están siempre atentos y el personal es muy servicial. El contacto con los animales es un plus enorme, sobre todo si vas con niños. Realmente recomendado.

The house is very comfy with a beautiful landscape in the countryside not too far from the main city (26 minutes to Riobamba and 10 from Guano) where you can enjoy nature 100%. The house is fully furnished with extra blankets and everything you might need for your stay. The hosts are very attentive and great with communication explaining all the details about the house. They have a person on site 24/7 very helpful. The house has a chimney which is awesome to keep the house warm and Mr.Luis will help set up everything.
The only downside was the bathroom door wasn't wide enough for my son to go with a wheelchair. The hosts told us about it and we decided to stay. The bathroom needs hand rails for a disabled person and the main entrance a ramp, they improvise one it was very thoughtful. Sometimes you will lose Internet signal.
