It was clean, three big bedrooms , a good size kitchen and a separate living area upstairs. It had an enclosed dog friendly backyard with outdoor seating and table. It was just off the beach.

Lovely house. Great location. Walk to the beach. Dog friendly.
We had a great stay in this well appointed home with a well equiped kitchen and great back yard with a nice outdoor shower to clean off all the sand. It was so easy to walk our dogs straight down to Nelsons beach for early morning and evening off leash time. We have visited Vincentia many times and this has been the best place we have rented to date.
Nothing bad to say here. Great place.

Great location, great renovation (felt like we were the first ones there!), lots of activities available for free (garage had a few great surprises!), close to a dog friendly beach and night sky was fantastic
Better sound proofing for the main bedroom, although thats hardly something to be worried about!

We loved everything about this property from the minute we arrived the location was fantastic the house so lovely and also so clean.
Another TV downstairs would have been useful.
