דירה מחולקת ומהממת - קומה שנייה אבל לא הורגש. נקייה מאוד ונוחה - מטבח מאובזר וסלון בחדר תחום עם דלת(מאפשר לסגור כעוד חדר). מיקום פגז - מרכזי בפלאכו.
