The staff were very kinda and so helpful with organising a motorbike rental for the ha giang loop! We were also able to leave a backpack there while we were doing the loop. Upon returning the bike we were able to shower and relax that afternoon even though we weren’t spending that night there.

Place is just fantastic, owners are very kind, pure Vietnamese hospitality. I will only visit this place being in Ha Giang.

The people were incredibly nice! Let me check in early, and after returning from the loop, they let me have a shower and rest there with no charge, even organizing the bus back to Hanoi. I also could leave my luggage with them during the trip and even though I didn't rent a bike through them, I could still borrow a helmet from them, also with no charge. They are very kind and it is a good base for when doing the Ha Giang Loop/Cao Bang tour :)

Nos tocó la habitación con baño compartido. Para lo que se paga, estaba muy bien. Reservamos ahí mismo las motos y eran de muy buena calidad, nuevecitas. Cuando volvimos del Loop nos ofrecieron ponernos cómodos mientras esperábamos el autobús de vuelta. Muy cerquita de todo.
