The management was very accommodating and professional.
The location was excellent, in a nice neighborhood with two mini marts and a grocery store on its block, and more shops within a few blocks.
There are at least three playgrounds in easy walking distance. And a waterfront park with great views of Manhattan.
Washington Ave. was close by, with many restaurants and shops.
The stairs, but they weren’t bad really.

Appartamento super moderno con stanze molto ampie. Perfetta per 6 persone. Cucina fornita e pulita. Zona abbastanza comoda per andare in centro bisogna prendere due mezzi almeno 40 minuti di distanza per arrivare a NY.
Terzo piano senza ascensore questo dettaglio va sottolineato soprattutto per soggiorni lunghi con valigie grandi. La zona è un po periferica e la notte è meglio tornare accompagnata.

Die Unterkunft ist 20 min zu Fuß von der Bahn Richtung NewYork entfernt.
Sauberkeit war auf jeden Fall vorhanden sehr sauber und eine schöne eingerichtete Wohnung.
Ausstattung war gut man hatte alles was man brauchte und alles war funktionsfähig.
Direkt neben der Wohnung unten ist ein Späti, wo besonders Nachts ein Paar Leute ziemlich laut waren und Musik lautstark gehört haben, jeden Tag von frühs bis spät in die Nacht das man lautstark gehört hat.
Und man bekommt in 2 Schlafzimmer keine Fenster auf außer im Wohnzimmer und in einem Schlafzimmer. Im Appartement waren auch viele kleine Mängel zu finden, wenn man genauer schaut. Der Vermieter hatte es auch bei der Übergabe eilig, so dass er einem kaum was gezeigt hat.
