Appartamento super moderno con stanze molto ampie. Perfetta per 6 persone. Cucina fornita e pulita. Zona abbastanza comoda per andare in centro bisogna prendere due mezzi almeno 40 minuti di distanza per arrivare a NY.
Terzo piano senza ascensore questo dettaglio va sottolineato soprattutto per soggiorni lunghi con valigie grandi. La zona è un po periferica e la notte è meglio tornare accompagnata.

The interior of the apartment was very clean, modern, cozy, and supplied with all the essentials one needed day to day. Bathrooms were spacious, very clean, supplied with towels, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, everything you essentially needed. Bedrooms were cozy, comfortable, had clean bedding sheets, and nice views. I had no issues with guest services; they were courteous, polite, and always open to helping out, allowing us to check out an hour later. Caleb, especially, was very helpful in assisting us with luggage and getting us settled in, very friendly. Location also was relatively close to Manhattan, about an hour away in public transit, and a downtown filled with restaurants, parks, bars, clubs, and lots of activities.
My only unfortunate complaint, which wasn't an issue for me but it was for the company alongside me, was the surrounding area. Hoboken is overall very calm, quite, safe, but the street where we were staying had a liquor/dispensary it seems; a liquor/dispensary literally right next to the apartments. So all I can say, is that there's a gathering of certain types of people during occasional times of the day that one should be aware of. It was sometimes a struggle to sleep with the noise being made late at night. The building complex itself is also noticeably a little old and damaged, but clean and relatively maintained as well as any other common complex in NYC I presume (not from NYC myself, just judging on surrounding infrastructure).

L'appartamento è stato rimesso a nuovo di recente, molto vivibile al suo interno. Per arrivare alla metro ci vogliono 20 min da hoboken (che è una fermata intelligente del path, permettendo di raggiungere sia wtc che penn station in poco tempo).
Scarsa assistenza e quarto piano senza ascensore (se c'è scritto nella descrizione, non l'ho letto). Il ragazzo che ha consegnato l'appartamento ("contattamemi se avete bisogno") sparito completamente appena uscito dall'appartamento. Per avere password wifi inviato più e più messaggi all'altro numero che avevamo, per due giorni.. Altre cose non ci sono piaciute, come il wc di un bagno non funzionante fin dal primo giorno (e una volta sistemato, il messaggio del tipo "non buttate pannolini nel wc". C'è anche un cartello appeso sopra al bagno con lo stesso messaggio, quindi si vede che li hanno questa abitudine, chissà. Salire all'appartamento con la valigia da 23 kg è abbastanza ostico. Peccato perchè con un minimo di attenzione farebbero miglior figura (cosa ci vuole ad esempio a lasciare in appartamento oltre al messaggio sopra al wc anche un cartello per il wifi?).
