Very spacious and well laid out.
Massive comfortable beds.
Two bathrooms (one of them en-suite).
Lovely kitchen.
Four flights of stairs.
No TV in two of the bedrooms.

Very clean inside, close to manhattan
The entrance and activities by the street. For me, parking was a BIG thing. I wouldn’t have booked the place, even with the beautiful and relaxing inside. The parking costs me much monetarily and emotionally.

the unit was very nice, Clean and well appointed. Very bright and open
The noise out front was bad. Constant yelling, talking and cars playing loud music late into the night as well as early in the morning made it difficult to sleep even with a white noise machine. while walking up 5 flights wasn't an issue for me it I don't recall it being disclosed in the description. I could see some people having an issue with that.
