BNB Slovakia Modern Jégeho Retreat Apartment

The main bed in the bedroom is very big and comfortable, the apartment has a lot of space, the kitchen had everything we needed and more, the living room is not big, but nice and cozy, it had a few perks like a night fume lamp and a candle. The washing machine is a plus, but there was no detergent so we had to buy it. Also a big plus was that the parking space in the garage was on the same floor as the apartment. We really enjoyed our stay and would visit again.

It was not easy to find and retrieve the keys. It was already dark, we arrived later in the evening and were tired, had to find some parking space and go on a quest to find the keys, not an easy task. Also, there's no shower curtain so it's not easy to take a shower without spilling the water outside. YouTube or other internet services are not working on the TV.

The air-conditioning was not working during our stay (6 days in the middle of August). I have reached the customer's support but the solution wasn't found due to lack of the A/C technicians. Unfortunately no other solution was proposed by the staff. Choosing an apartment with A/C, we didn't get what we paid for. Pillowcases were smelly upon our arrival. Again, I reached the customer's support but they refused to change them. Apparently the cleaning service confirmed that the bed sheets were changed before our arrival and they didn't see the point to bring us new ones. We had to wash them by ourselves. I'm attaching a picture on how the pillow looked under the pillowcase. What a shame. Over all, the apartment has a potential but the customer's service is basically not finding any solution when needed.

The cleanliness and health of the facility was related to our host. We did not have any problems, everything was great. The only place I could live when I came to Bratislava.

nepáčilo sa mi na začiatku pobytu, že som musela hľadať kľúče v tmavej časti iného bytového domu, kde bol však veľký neporiadok od bezdomovcov. keby som predtým nežila 30 rokov v bratislave, nevedela by som si poradiť. zavolala som cez nahrávaný kamerový hovor svoj kamoške, čo neďaleko býva - aby som bola s niekým online, ak by sa mi niečo stalo pri preberaní bezkontaktného kľúča. všetko prebehlo v poriadku len odporúčam ubytovateľovi aby sa staral o túto prvotnú skúsenosť s ubytovaním v jeho byte - pre jeho vlastný prospech a aj pre prospech hostí
