La ubicacion, la tranquilidad, es un sitio casi sin ruido. El aire acondicionado, la terraza en la ultima planta.

La ducha, estaba un poco deteriodada.

La ubicación es muy buena, y la casa está muy confortable. Destacar la atención de la dueña. Tuvimos un pequeño problema y enseguida nos lo solucionó, es encantadora.

Hermoso departamento a pocas cuadras del centro de la ciudad. Todo muy limpio y contaba con todo lo necesario para la estadía. Buena atención por parte de Marta

Lo único que mejoraría es el colchón de la habitación matrimonial que está algo hundido.

Overall, the apartment itself was fine, but the experience left a lot to be desired. The apartment itself was acceptable, but a friendlier approach and a few thoughtful touches would have made for a much more enjoyable experience.

The biggest disappointment was the tone of the house rules. After booking, we were sent a long list of cleaning instructions along with threats of extra charges if the apartment wasn't left clean enough. None of this was mentioned when booking. People who intend to leave a place in a terrible state won't be deterred by these rules, while respectful guests are left feeling distrusted before their holiday has even started. It created a very unwelcoming first impression. During our stay, we were never asked if everything was okay or whether we needed anything, which made the hosting feel rather impersonal. The kitchen was also lacking some basics. There were no kitchen towels, and unlike many other holiday apartments we've stayed in, there were no small essentials such as coffee, cooking oil, salt, or sugar. It seems wasteful for every guest to have to buy these items for a short stay only to throw most of them away afterwards.
