Location and cleanliness. Very huge living space and kitchen and big kitchen counter.
Sometimes parking is an issue because you have to move the car or you get blocked in. Not a huge deal though. (I would also suggest they add a rack to hang clothes on in the room)

conveniently located, easy parking, good kitchen, drinking water, big beds
the hosts were responsive messaging but questions weren't exactly answered. everything we needed was little so it wasn't too big of a deal and we just asked the staff.
