New Casa Balandra with Gated Parking at Casas Sanblu

Easy access, spacious condo, with quality TV/internet throughout. Close enough to restaurants/malecón or ~$70 peso Uber. Comfortable beds.

Freezer was unusable due to ice buildup, as no door. Token breakfast option for a day (we stayed 10 days). Recommend short stays as NOISE is everywhere! Neighbours/sirens/dogs/water pump/vehicles etc. Needs kitchen top oven/grill option for longer stays. Insufficient units for clothing.

We were in a 2 bedroom unit on the top floor, which felt more like a home(this was great). There is AC in the bedrooms but not in the main area. The main kitchen area has a ceiling fan. The beds were comfortable, there was a container of water on the counter for us to use, plenty of towels and the renovations felt new. The parking garage was good and just a quick note that there is no sensor on the garage door so you need to open and close it with the buttons inside the door. You are very close to Wal-Mart to buy any food items/snacks/drinks.

The remote for the ceiling fan was not in the unit so the main area got a bit stuffy. We rented for 2 weeks, the cleaning ladies did not come into the unit one time to change bedding/towels or remove the garbage. My spouse took out the garbage, changed the towels and sheets, and exchanged the water when it ran out. We were told if we wanted the unit cleaned while we were staying that it would cost us extra. Just a precaution if you are a light sleeper, you will be in a residential area so there are a lot of barking dogs.

La decoración, distribución y mobiliario

Es un estacionamiento común para 6 departamentos y todos se estacionan como les da la gana, obstruyendo a los demás y hay que ir a tocarles la puerta para que se Muevan. Por otra parte de los dos baños completos a uno no le servía la regadera y aunque lo reporte nunca fueron a repararla. Además la mezcla de agua fría y caliente es MUY mala en la regadera al grado que a la hora de bañarnos fue muy molesto en lugar de ser un momento placentero.
