Ubytko krasne , uzasna velka terasa , vybavenie kuchyne super nic nechybalo ,, velky priestranny byt , televizor super aj s roznymi programami , klima velmi pomohla
Byt je bez vytahu na 4tom poschodi tak treba stym ratat a je to kusok od kostola kde stale boje zvon aj vnoci takze kto ma plytky soanok moze to byt problem

Jeden z rzadko spotykanych apartamentów, w których dobry gust właściciela łączy się z wysoką funkcjonalnością. Mieszkanie na strychu jest przestronne, ma duży taras z przepięknym widokiem na katedrę, wyposażenie kuchni czy łazienki jest bez zarzutów. Kolejny atut to bliskość do centrum i do parku. 38C upały nie były problemem - klimatyzacja działa b. dobrze.
Parking koło kamienicy jest płatny, ale można zaparkować za darmo kawałek dalej na ulicach J.z Podebrad albo U Realky.
Schody na 4 piętro starej kamienicy to dobry trening kardio - polecam zostawić np. wózek dziecięcy w aucie. Ale to właściwie nie jest minus. Widok na tarasie jest wart wspinania się.

Lokalizacja świetna, z jednej strony park, z drugiej centrum, a obok kilka świetnych barów ze śniadaniami. Do muzeum i na rynek bardzo blisko. Do tego duży taras, a całe mieszkanie też jest przestronne. Było też czysto i były wszelkie potrzebne sprzęty.
Nie ma windy, ale na to byłam przygotowana. Gorzej odebrałam bardzo długie bicie dzwonów o poranku – wieżę kościołów są blisko.

Very nice and friendly host – we really appreciated the flexibility with both early check‑in and late check‑out. The apartment is perfectly located and is ideal for a group of friends or a family, with everyone sleeping in one room. A large sofa is great for evening drinks and chats, and the terrace with a view of the Dóm is a lovely bonus. Just be prepared for a bit of exercise, as the apartment is on the fourth floor with no lift.
