Ms Rosel very helpful and always available to answer questions. Room itself is nice. Location is very convenient to everything.

It's a comfortable stay. Over all its 10/10. They even provided the dishwashing liquid for cleaning their kitchen wares and all after usage. The stuff was organized and clean. They even have a sofa bed.

Great communication! The owner responded immediately to our same-day booking and approved it long before our 2:00 PM check-in. The check-in instructions were also very easy to follow.

Providing a simple guide for the unit’s switches and lights would be a great addition. It helps new guests feel more confident knowing exactly which buttons to use and which to avoid

No tissue stocks in the washroom. Unwanted items such as plastic bottles kept in the bathroom and in the room where it doesn’t serve any purpose at all for the guests staying. In reality, those things can be thrown already but kept with no purpose. Also, regardless of how many days guests are staying, it should be a main requirement that garbage are being collected on daily basis. Staffs who cleans the room doesn’t need to be instructed on what they need to do when in reality, it’s their job to do it.
